W-Y-P Gledhill are a Built Environment Consultancy based in York. We were established in 2003, and are currently celebrating our 20th year in operation. We are Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and we operate throughout the UK.

W-Y-P Gledhill know property. Over the years, we have worked for many private and public sector clients across the UK, providing consultancy services for a wide range of different aspects of the construction and property sectors. These include land and development valuations and options appraisals, expert witness reporting, construction project management, energy efficient retrofit and housing stock condition consultancy, and other traditional survey and valuation functions such as private valuations, RICS Home Surveys, Party Wall matters and boundary disputes. We provide a timely and professional service to all our clients, regardless of their size or perceived importance.
